Once your shipment is booked, you'll receive a unique tracking ID via email and SMS. Enter it on our Track page or in the Nomac Express app to get live location updates, estimated delivery windows, and courier contact details.
Statuses include: Pickup Scheduled, In Transit, At Sorting Hub, Out for Delivery, and Delivered. If a status hasn't updated in 24 hours, contact our support team with your tracking ID.
Address changes are possible before the shipment reaches the destination hub. Contact us immediately with your tracking ID and new address. Changes after hub arrival cannot be guaranteed.
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After the third attempt, the package is held at our nearest facility for 5 business days before being returned to the sender.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money (MTN, Airtel). Corporate clients can also pay via monthly invoicing after a credit check.
Prohibited items include hazardous materials, flammable liquids, weapons, counterfeit goods, and narcotics. Certain electronics and lithium batteries require special declaration. Contact us for the full prohibited items list.
Perishables are accepted on select domestic routes with cold-chain handling. They must be declared at booking and packaged to withstand at least 48 hours without refrigeration. International perishable shipping is currently unavailable.
Shipments containing prohibited items will be held, and the sender will be notified. Depending on the item, the package may be returned, destroyed, or referred to relevant authorities. No refund is issued for prohibited shipments.
